Hey Guys! 
I wanted to give you a quick update about clean eating. So far I am still learning and trying to incorporate different practices into my everyday. This involves making more things from scratch, buying the most organic that my budget can afford, and finding recipes and ingredients that work together to give me the foods I love most.  
As I stated before The Gracious Pantry is a wonderful source and I've also found Clean Eating Chelsey, another great source. I've been searching for items such as, whole wheat pastry flour and oats, in bulk so I can make my own items from scratch that are quite expensive to buy on a regular basis. Recently I was told to try on Amazon.  Who would've thought for groceries? But I did and I have found most items I need in bulk for the lowest prices I can find!! 
So far (two weeks in) I have not had any weight loss however I have lost an inch in my waist. Now I have been working out as regularly as I can at the moment and I'm hoping to perfect this and make it more of a regular daily habit. I have noticed an increase in my energy and on days I do well with my eating and exercising I have a better mood and out look on the day. All reasons I believe to continue this lifestyle 100% no stopping me now!
 
 
It's been quiet around here hasn't it?  Sorry for that, I caught the flu last week and Becki has been on vacation! But while I was sick I had some time to browse the web and search different topics and I decided I was going to clean up my diet. I have heard lots of talk about Clean Eating it's all over now, but what is it? I thought it was something that would be impractical for me to start and keep up with.  During my down time I came across a blog called The Gracious Pantry. I've been reading posts about Clean Eating and she really breaks it down for you on here! It doesn't seem so difficult anymore; infact I think it's definitely do-able!
She has so many recipes even has shopping lists for basics you should have on hand or things you can get at Walmart that are still clean!
So many recipes like Clean Eating Brownie Waffles (yumm) and more! I'm super excited to do this, many people have noticed more energy, weight loss, and overall better feeling. Can't beat that! So here marks another journey for me.
